Data Provider Scheduled Maintenance - Onfido
Onfido are planning to carry out maintenance work to their platform (including the Onfido Dashboard, API and SDK) on 9th May 2021 at 21:00 GMT. The work is expected to take around 1 hour and during that time the Onfido platform will be unavailable and it will not be possible to submit Onfido checks or to access customer information via Onfido’s platform.
During the scheduled maintenance Onfido will not be processing nor queuing any checks. You will receive an error message stating that the service is unavailable.
