Data Provider Scheduled Maintenance - Experian - Prove ID planned outage
As part of their continued ProveID infrastructure improvement programme, there will be a scheduled outage whilst Experian migrate from their legacy infrastructure to new servers. They are doing this proactively to minimise risk of service impact by migrating away from and decommissioning legacy infrastructure in favour of new and modern infrastructure.
On Monday 21st of February from 2:00 to 4:00am they are migrating the servers. There will be an outage of approximately 2 hours. Once complete there will then be additional testing to ensure the migration has completed successfully.
During this time the ProveID product will be unavailable, and any searches made will result in an error. Once the change has completed, the service will be up and running again as usual.
