Passfort Maintenance 2nd Phase (EU)

Action required by September 21: Whitelist new IP addresses for EU webhooks

Following our earlier communication on June 7, if you use firewalls for Passfort webhooks and access Passfort on the EU environment, you must add two new IP addresses to your whitelist by September 21. The current and new IP addresses are:

Current EU webhook IP address
• 35.195.138.186

New IP addresses to add to your whitelist
• 130.211.56.13
• 35.195.211.38

You’re using the EU environment if you login via https://identity.passfort.com or use https://api.passfort.com to access the API.

Note that this change affects the EU environment only. The US and UAE environments remain unaffected.

This downtime is due to scheduled maintenance on the underlying platform that the Passfort application relies on. This maintenance may cause the Passfort platform to become temporarily unavailable during the downtime window, resulting in some API requests failing with a 5xx error code. Those requests should be retried if required after the maintenance window is complete.

As part of this maintenance, we will be making changes to our network configuration. Some customers have firewall rules for managing traffic from Passfort. If you do, you will need to update them to include the new configuration before the maintenance. The Passfort platform will continue to use the current configuration until this maintenance. Once the maintenance is complete, we will only be using the new configuration.

You will receive details of the new IP configuration as an update to this maintenance notice.
